Work

projects and retrofit work. To often there be a tendency to attempt
to jump to solutions before all the data has been collected to define
the requirement. Collecting all the data, influencing the project,
is necessary before a planned approach can be taken to develop the
project. Once the project requirements are defined, the project
can be designed to satisfy the user needs. |
