Under this
arrangement the Owner engages the trade contractors directly with
the assistance of the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager
works in conjunction with the Owner and the design Consultants as
part of the Construction Management Team, which works together from
the pre-construction or design development stage through to completion
of the project. WEC takes a team approach, and serves as the Owner’s adviser and agent, providing site management, contract administration, cost control and administrative services solely for the benefit of the Owner and in support of the Owner’s interests. Next Section: Facility Management >>> |
